16 oz. cream cheese softened
1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup red bell pepper minced
1/2 cup celery minced
1/4 cup scallions or green onions sliced thin
1/4 cup black or green olives sliced
4 Mission® Burrito sized Flour Tortillas

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add red pepper,
celery, onions and olives; mix well.
2. Spread about 3/4 cup of each tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at leat 2 hours. Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

For little extra flavor try using a dash of green chili juice.
